The Virtual Gala | 7 PM

Saturday, October 30th

It will be a “Hootin Good Time” with a meaningful and fun virtual event and a fabulous silent auction all found here, on this webpage!

For over 100 years NCJW, GHS has been rooted in the Houston community at the forefront of social change-championing the needs of women, children, and families. For decades, we have gathered annually to raise the funds necessary to continue making a difference in the community. Please stand with us, now virtually, to help those who depend on NCJW to change their lives.

We are excited to announce that Lisa and Jeffrey Stanton will be receiving the Robin Perlo Berry NextGen Leadership Award, which recognizes outstanding young leaders in Houston for their community work and philanthropy. We will also be honoring past NextGen Leadership Award recipients at the event.

Your sponsorship to this event will be making a difference by allowing NCJW to continue to support key community service projects such as:

AVDA: Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse, an agency founded by NCJW in 1980, which offers free, legal services to victims of domestic abuse, serving over 5,000 adult and child victims of domestic abuse annually. Stay at home and loss of jobs has caused a tremendous increase of abuse.
HIPPY: Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters, empowers parents as primary educators of their preschool children in the home and fosters parent involvement in school and community life to maximize the chances of successful early school experiences.
Back 2 School Store provides free new clothing, coats, shoes, school supplies and personal care items for underserved elementary school students enrolled in the HIPPY program.
