Caryn Tamber-Rosenau, biblical scholar and instructional assistant professor of Jewish Studies and Religious Studies at the University of Houston. She will discuss the complex, intertwined history of Jews and Muslims. Misunderstandings of this history fuel misconceptions that American Jews and American Muslims have about each other today.

Following the talk, panelists will share how they are creating opportunities for dialogue between Jews and Muslims in our community.
