NCJW Greater Houston Section’s annual Women of Influence award honors women who embody our beliefs of courage, commitment, and compassion by putting those beliefs into action.
District Attorney Kim Ogg: In 2016, Kim won election to the District Attorney’s Office, promising the citizens of Harris County a new era of criminal justice. She has been a nationally recognized victims’ rights advocate for nearly three decades. Kim is committed to the pursuit of justice in public corruption, white collar crime, consumer fraud, human traffickers, environmental polluters, and gang members.
Dori Kornfeld Goldman: Along with her co-counsel, Dori represented a class of 12,000 foster children in a lawsuit that challenged pervasive failures in the Texas foster care system.
